Terms

01 Quotes

Guide prices on this website are only a guide to help you plan; they are not a quote or an offer. Your price is the one on your written quote, which we give after a survey or photo review. Quotes are valid for 30 days unless they say otherwise.

Your quote lists what's included, the boards and colour, the frame, any extras, and how the site will be left at the end.

02 Booking and deposits

When you accept your quote we'll agree a start date and may ask for a deposit to order your materials and hold the slot. The balance is due when the work is finished and you're happy it matches the quote.

03 Your right to cancel

If you accept a quote away from our premises (at home or online), you can cancel within 14 days without giving a reason. If you ask us to start within those 14 days and then cancel, you pay for the work done up to that point and for any materials already ordered specially for you.

Composite boards are made to order in your chosen colour, so once they've been ordered they can't usually be returned.

04 On the day

Please make sure we can get to the garden, and let us know about anything under the ground we should avoid, such as drains, cables or pipes. If we find something we couldn't reasonably have known about at the survey or photo review, such as buried concrete or soft ground, we'll stop, show you and agree any change before carrying on.

05 Workmanship and board warranties

We fit boards to the maker's installation guide so their product warranty applies. The warranty on the boards themselves comes from the manufacturer and its terms are theirs. Our own workmanship guarantee is set out on your quote.

06 Liability

We carry out work with reasonable care and skill. We're not responsible for losses we couldn't reasonably have foreseen. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't legally be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or your statutory rights.
